Potager in Blue - Egg cup

At Pinto, the kitchen garden climbs all the way to the egg cup. On its footed stem, this piece reveals an open pea pod, its leaves and a fine tendril hand-painted on Limoges porcelain.

The motif runs across a ground of fine blue stripes, underlined by a blue rim and a garland on the foot. In the morning, this egg cup turns the soft-boiled egg into a little garden tableau.
