STEFANO PILATI
For his latest project, Pinto signs a collection of furniture with Italian stylist Stefano Pilati. The latter known for his work as artistic director at the head of some of the biggest fashion houses, including Cerruti, Armani, Prada, Zegna or Yves Saint Laurent, left his fingerprint in the fashion world thanks to his timeless style and his exceptional talent to weave links between creation, merchandising, marketing and strategy.
The story of this collaboration begins when Fahad Hariri discovers the work carried out by Stefano Pilati around certain pieces of furniture in his residence in the south of Italy. There, Stefano Pilati transformed, through gestures to the apparent simplicity, sofas and rattan armchairs, experimenting with draped effects and the natural fell of straw carpets or water hyacinthe, which he dresses his furniture.
It was by drawing inspiration from these gestures that Pinto imagined with Stefano Pilati a capsule collection thought as a new manifesto of the modern and romantic spirit that Fahad Hariri wishes to instill in the brand. The result is a series of creations in which the maximalism and the wow effect of the Pinto spirit are expressed in each of the furniture parts rather than in the very composition of the decor.
